Take Jake

Sixteen year old, Jake Basalt, has always done the right thing. He is caring, honest, loving, and nurturing. It was those wonderful attributes that had him packing up and leaving Victoria, British Columbia, in the first place…and heading all the way to Oklahoma City.
There was a good reason for it and it came in the form of a pregnant young woman who was about to have his baby. Now that the child was a couple of months old, things started to go awry and he was forced to make a life changing decision. He needed to go home, but he was not leave his baby behind.
