Life changing!
I’ve tried to stop drinking so many times and woke up one day in absolute despair, after yet another drunken fuelled argument with my partner I decided I would try anything! This book really just made sense of everything and was so relatable. Usually I’ve felt bored when I’ve attempted to stop drinking before but this time I’m finding new things to look forward to with thanks to this book. I’ve just completed my 10 days and have no desire to want to drink. I’m not saying it’s a quick fix but if you’re serious about stopping this really is such a useful tool! I have nothing but appreciation for this book!
