Therapy at the tip of your fingers or ears depending on how you’ve read this book! Truly amazing guide that you can consistently access. It’s been able to provide insight for my intimate relationship with my husband but also to look at my intimate friendships with my oldest and closest friends and family. This perspective has allowed me to understand their needs and reframe how we make those also healthy and happy. Truly amazing, thank you for sharing and helping us all.
