A surveillance-only mission turns into a bloodbath in Spain, and the French DGSE disbands its black-ops team. Team leader Luc Fortesque turns mercenary until his DGSE handler pulls him back for a job — infiltrate an eco-terrorist cell and thwart their plans to attack an ultra-luxury floating hotel Orb on its grand opening night.
