She wore a mask to cater his exclusive party. He used a blindfold to demand her absolute surrender.
Arianna Taylor is officially done with men. Brutally left at the altar by her cheating fiancé, she pours every ounce of her energy into launching her own catering business. No distractions. No romance. Just work.
Then she lands the gig of a lifetime: managing an ultra-exclusive masquerade ball for a mysterious, unseen billionaire.
But the night derails when her toxic ex crashes the party. Cornered and panicked, Ari is rescued by a commanding, masked stranger. He exudes power, and he makes her an offer she can’t refuse: one night of anonymous, no-strings-attached escape.
She accepts. Under the cover of darkness, the magnetic stranger takes total control. He introduces the inexperienced Ari to a scorching world of absolute trust. Silk scarves. Ice melting against heated skin. Strict, whispered commands. For one unforgettable night, she surrenders completely to the intoxicating thrill of his dominance.
But the morning light brings a devastating reality.
When the masks finally come off, Ari discovers her wildly demanding, anonymous lover is Maxwell Drake—the fiercely wealthy billionaire who just hired her. Suddenly, her professional catering contract is tangled in a web of dark, highly unprofessional pleasure.
Worse, the protective billionaire is harboring a massive secret. He is directly tied to the man who shattered her heart. With her business on the line and her trust hanging by a thread, Ari must make a choice. Is Max’s fierce devotion a dangerous illusion? Or is she ready to risk everything for the billionaire who already owns her body and soul?
