Must-read history
An incredible historical account of the only successful slave revolt - that of the Haiti revolution. Empowering, insightful, accessible and still relevant to today’s society and politics.
EPIC
This, quiet frankly, is a masterfully written book. A far far cry. Full of human agony that narrated in great details and never ending poetic glory.
