"I love you so much," he pulls her into a hug, "Do as they tell you, and I promise they won't hurt you. Don't fight them." He kisses her forehead, his tears dripping onto her face.

She looks up at him.

"I'm so sorry." He steps back from her, then slowly disappears as if fading out of existence.

"Dad.... Dad?! Daddy?!" Razilee calls.

 Razilee assumed the biggest struggle would be starting high school. But, after her father disappears in front of her own eyes. Razilee is let in on a secret her father has been keeping for years. He's a member of Colmion. A secret society separated from the "Outs." When Razilee is forced to leave everything she has known behind and plunged into a world of the unknown. Where she is considered everything but "Normal" secrets of the society, her own father, and her very existence are put into jeopardy, and some are even willing to kill to set things back in order.
