About the author

With very British sensibilities and culture, the story is less focused on Gwen's budding relationship with Dev and more on her personal growth journey as she comes to realize that when times get tough she can count on her entire family to put her in her place—and lift her up. It's a delectable, if slightly twee, confection.

I love Lindsey’s books, I’ve been reading her for years and they never disappoint! Funny, cute, romantic, laughing out loud one minute, nearly crying the next. I loved this book so much.

I’d read anything Lindsey writes, I was so excited when her latest book popped up on my screen - I don’t even read the blurb I just crack straight on, knowing whatever it is will be fab. I loved this book and was completely absorbed (reading a few pages whenever my two smalls were still enough) - I’m sad it’s over!
