The Congregation

Her father's fictional worlds are real. The war has begun. And the boy she loves has been keeping a secret that will break her heart.

Ellyce Jensen never asked to be the girl who could reunite the realms—in fact, she wanted nothing to do with her father's books. But three weeks ago, a gray-eyed stranger pulled her and Benson out of their world and into a locked castle tower. Now she's a prisoner, forced to study her father's stories for a battle she never chose.

Ellyce might be able to live with the war. But what she can't live with is what Benson finally admits—he's not her bashert. He's not the man she's destined to marry.

There's no time to fall apart, though. Because if Ellyce wants to escape and find her father, she'll have to put her broken heart aside and trust the boy who lied to her—never guessing that the road home leads straight to the one enemy she should fear the most.
