May or may not work; not as effective as Allen carrs quit nicotine.
After finding the original stop nicotine book very informative; this book wasn’t as effective - however, there are a few informative notes.
Whilst reading the final joint chapter high, I found it more funny, than useful.
Maybe it was the use of the word “sodding” which cracked me up. Nonetheless, it needs more work and research- similar to Allen carr dismantling nicotine.
Cannabis has positives and negatives, but ultimately you would be reading this if you’ve had negatives, so the writer already has you on his side, sort of.
