The Enigma

The story ‘The Enigma’, follows the story of the four individuals. It pieces together their individual stories, then merging to one cohesive one, as life forces them together. They would do whatever it takes to find out what happened, and most importantly, survive. But how far will they go? 


It is the year 2050. World peace has governed for as long as can be remembered, with countries working together in harmony. The technological advancements of multiple decades make this age something of a golden one, with technology ruling the land. Petrol cars are no more, electricity has taken over, and world is a much better place for it. However, this doesn’t mean egos are part of history.


The Prime Minister, Catherine Howard, is secretly building something, a water born virus, so toxic it would render a country dead within days. Its only use however, is as a threat. She wants full domination over the world, yet the world is so distracted they don’t even notice. That is, apart from a rebel group, led by a balsy woman named Veronica. 


With them, the top pharmaceutical company in the world, Salutem, led by Mr. Montgomery is also wanting to find out what the government is working on. They launch a mission to try and steal the formula, only for the plan to fail, and the virus, gone. In a rapid race, the four only people that know of the virus including Veronica, Mr. Montgomery, Cordelia Brown and the Prime Minister try and piece together the clues to find how and where the virus ended up. Will they be too late?
