Publisher Description

THE FIRE STONE a paranormal adventure

Things go awry in Heaven when  the algorithm that kept Heavens plans a secret is stolen. Some believe Heaven’s ruler may be involved, and Hell is its recipient. Then, the angel, Miriam finds herself in trouble again, this time on Earth when she is bewitched, and loses her memory.

Sold into Astaroth’s pleasure house, her life changes drastically as does Astaroth’s. The handsome Prince of Demons and God of Erotic love falls in love with the one he turned into a whore. Then Miriam regains her memory and Astaroth learns he’s in love with an angel; it's a love he can never have, yet he wants nothing but her.

Meanwhile, Miriam goes a little crazy (literally) trying to cope with the knowledge she has been used as a whore by this demon who says he loves her. Regaining her sanity, she hunts for the witch but must enter hell to find her.

Except the witch is now a prisoner of hell’s ruler who has a relationship with her mother, Micaela, the Ice Queen. His goal is to deceive one of them into securing the Fire Stone, which he hopes will give him even more power. But he’s in for a big surprise once the stone is secured and he learns there’s a new ruler in hell.

Earth’s Fire Stone (renamed The Fire Stone) is a work of fiction in the fantasy and theological adventure subgenre. The work is best suited to mature adult readers and was penned by author Brandy Marks.

Using Christian themes and theology as its basis for adventure, the battle between Earth and Hell intensifies when an angel without her memories, Miriam, falls under the manipulative influence of a witch by association.

As the Prince of Demons, Astaroth, enters Miriam’s life, a cycle of lust and drama ensues. Another battle rages for the throne of hell when Lucifer returns to free the demons, and all the dangerous and demonic forces will collide when Miriam’s memories are at last returned to her.

Author Brandy Marks offers a lot for readers to take in throughout the pacy plot of this exciting and dramatic tale. Borrowing from the religious doctrine, she develops a dark and chilling vision of Hell that seems to offer little in the way of redemption, and Miriam’s struggle to break through it all is powerfully captivating as we relate to her emotional, physical, and spiritual journey. I really enjoyed the dialogue and the way it uniquely characterizes each of the antagonistic forces, and the psychological journey of Astaroth was an unexpectedly striking plot twist that gave the novel yet another level of intrigue.

Overall, readers seeking a drama with genuinely surprising twists and chilling suspense reign supreme need look no further than [Children of Adonai: The Fire Stone] to satisfy all their theological fantasy needs.
