Publisher Description
The purpose of my first book is to inform on the validity and utility of The Four Noble Truths in regard to human psychology and the constant struggle with anguish and suffering: and to clarify that Buddhism can provide guidance alongside any belief system. Why is this possible? Because Buddhism is not religion. The Buddha never endorsed the existence of a god, a soul, sacred realms, or any type of after life. He claimed that belief in gods only led to wars. He was opposed to the phenomenon we call today "a cult of personality."
