Not much point to this book

I am enjoying these books but I felt like nothing really happened in this book. Felt a little repetitive to be honest. Loved the first book but felt like this was just dragging out the story....

I got a few pages in but the writing is painful

This might be the best story ever written but it is so painfully poorly written that I’m not going to find out. The translator is not a native English speaker but is trying to appear as such by using idia but using them wrongly which is irritating enough but the worst aspect is the sentence construction.

A new translation might be worth reading, this isn’t
