The Grin

The Grin is one of a series of short stories based on real life events and fictionalized to fill the in the gaps where reality has failed to produce answers. Based on the over 200 cases labeled as The Smiley Face Murders, The Grin puts forth one possible explanation of why dead men keep washing up on the banks of rivers all over the United States months after disappearing but only showing a few days worth of damage from the water. The information used in this story is based on extensive research and taken a step further, based on the many theories published throughout the internet and talked about in true crime podcasts.
