Repeat diet offender ,

loved it!

I am on day 4 of phase 1. Days 2 & 3 were hellish but I feel fab today and hubby has commented on how my skin & eyes are glowing! This book is fab and has really got some great ideas-my mouth is watering - bring on phase 2.
