In the small sweet town of Holly Oak, the holidays are brimming with hope this year.   

Sadie Lynn is faced with her first Christmas after losing her Grandma Rose. Forty-years-old and single, she is charged with carrying on all the Fairchild family traditions on Clayton Avenue. She knows she can't let anyone down, not this year of all years. With her adorable dachshund by her side, can she balance it all?

When her hunky high school crush and brother's best friend unexpectedly walks back into her life after twenty years her quiet little routine gets turned upside down.  Not that she's complaining.  But, there are more questions than answers about why he's back and what he is doing on Clayton Avenue.
