It’s impossible to read! The pages are too small ... it’s all in caps 😢 he might be a competent therapist but this is very very badly formatted with no consideration for the reader ..

Come ON people! If your first language wasn’t English and you were constantly being criticized, it would do a number, not only on you, but on your mental health. Anyway, this book is so useful, PACKED with information and well described. So anyone out there with bad reviews like ‘all caps not first language’ just why? Why do you exist? Ask yourself this tomorrow while looking in a mirror and say: I’m dumb for saying that. Total idiocy. One stars, BUZZ OFF!!
Badly written
The book is badly written and clearly English is not the author's first language. It is also written all in caps and with these facts leaves me in no doubt that this is a book not worth taking the time to read.
