No need to buy more expensive IF books, this has everything you need backed by research in a well written easy to understand way.

Before reading this I assumed that there was only one kind of intermittent fasting.
Really easy to get through this as it's quite short and flows like a friendly self-help book. Brilliant and eye opening bit on detoxing.
I have lost a few pounds already and feel good about actually knowing what I'm doing at last!
