Great entertaining take on the Australian Telco industry!
I had the pleasure of working with Phil in Australia's Telco land and recognise a fair few of the 'fictional' characters. This notwithstanding this is a great and entertaining read crammed full of wit, barbed satire and a would be hilarious if it were not so close to the truth plot line!
