Calliope 'Cal' Herrera had plans. The sort of plans that built criminal empires. Cold, ruthless, and vindictive, she isn't the helpful sort, and the Seelie Court just made the mistake of summoning her to serve their prince.

To be crowned heir, Prince Oberon must complete a quest with Cal at his side. With her life and freedom on the line, Cal has no choice but to take part. However,  the Seelie Court is rife with secrets. If she can figure out the pieces to these puzzles first, Cal could come out of this quest with the whole of Faerie under her command. 

But Cal isn't the only one out for revenge. From a damsel not so in distress to a faerie-human Frankenstein hybrid, there's plenty ready to stab the prince in the back, and if Cal wants to win, she'll need to keep Oberon alive.
