The Journey of the Ark

In the days of Moses, God lived in the Tabernacle tent in the middle of his people - a portable structure that moved with them on their journey. It included the sacred chest known as the ark of the covenant, normally located in the holy innermost part of God's house which symbolized the Lord's presence.
