The Journey is a simple, revolutionary set of techniques that has freed thousands from lifelong emotional and physical blocks – from addiction, depression and low self-esteem to chronic pain and illness.
The Journey was born of Brandon Bays’ extraordinary experience of healing from a football-sized tumour, without drugs or surgery, in 6 weeks. Forced to go beyond the limits of known alternative therapies (she had been working in mind/body healing for two decades) she was catapulted into a remarkable, soul searching and ultimately ground-breaking healing journey. She pioneered a remarkable healing technique that guides us directly to the root cause of a longstanding difficulty– emotional or physical–and then gives us the tools to resolve it.
At the most sophisticated nexus of mind-body healing today, the Journey offers a simple imaginative process that is a revolutionary way to actually access memories held in specific parts of the body, bringing the latest findings of energy medicine into a fast, effective technique that anyone from a child to a CEO can use.

About the author
One of the most dynamic and innovative teachers in the personal growth field, Brandon Bays has been speaking to sell-out audiences in the UK and
abroad. This long-awaited book makes her techniques available to a wider public for the first time. Bays taught for ten years with Anthony Robbins, and has appeared on stage with Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer and other leaders in the field of personal development.
Nearly 10 years ago, Bays was diagnosed with a basketball-sized tumor in her uterus, which was causing internal bleeding. While her surgeon advised immediate removal, Bays, an alternative health-care worker, persuaded the doctor to allow her to try natural methods to reduce the size of the tumor. Bays, already reasonably well versed in relaxation techniques and homeopathic medicine, immediately sought out various noninvasive treatments including vitamins, a radical change in diet, massage and various other emotional and physical therapies. Miraculously, within a few months, the tumor disappeared. This dramatic recovery motivated Bays to change her life and teach others her healing practices. It was a difficult time for her; her husband of many years announced he was having an affair and eventually married his girlfriend. However, Bays rarely dwells on the negative; when she's angry, she admits it but manages to put her anger toward something productive. Like Deepak Chopra, on whose teaching her method is based, Bays wants people to focus on what she calls "the Journey" a path, she claims, to freedom and accomplishment that consists primarily of emotional reckoning and relaxation techniques. Bays's optimism will appeal to readers who are weary of traditional treatments that don't relieve emotional or physical hardships. However, other readers will tire of Bays's unmitigated certainty in the rightness of her approach.
