highly recommended!!

I highly recommend this book, especially for those having completed the Juice Master juicing programmes and wondering what the next step is. The book is invaluable in helping maintain the weight loss. It is very informative, making permanent dietary changes extremely easy and pleasurable in the pursuit of improving one's health.

Juicy

Bought this in paper back ages ago, but my dog ate it! May have left some fruity bits on it.
Have bought it for my iPad and started the 14 days again. Just past day 7 and I've lost 8lbs, my bloated stomach has gone down dramatically and I feel great. Takes a bit of getting used to having no bread, but some of the recipes are so tasty you don't feel like your missing out.
