The virus is nothing more than a rumor according to Senator Nestor. The party will go on as planned with every precaution in place. The world can't stop because of rumors after all. In the final hours before the Libido Virus consumes New York, Senator Nestor oversees a small undoing of his own as the lovely lady inside a congratulatory cake brings the rumors to his fundraiser.
