USA TODAY Bestselling Author Claudia Burgoa once again hits readers with an inspiring and gut-wrenching love story duet.
Lightning can strike the same place more than once.
The first time, it robbed me of my high school sweetheart.
Shattering our forever.
I was just sixteen.
Too young to understand the medical jargon that meant she was gone.
Too naïve to see that forever was nothing but a fairytale.
Now, years later, I meet Ameline.
I tried not to fall in love, but it was impossible.
She gathered all my broken pieces and put me back together.
I knew the only way to keep myself intact was never to love again.
But I fell for the illusion of forever once more.
At least until I lost her.
Now I'm left questioning everything.
What does forever mean when it's built on a foundation of pain and loss?
How do you move on when lightning keeps targeting your heart?
Why bother believing in forever when tomorrow isn’t guaranteed?
The Lies About Forever is book one of the Impossibly Possible duet that ends on a jarring cliffhanger that will break you into a million pieces.

Absolutely Amazing, Emotional and Addictive Read
This is book one in The Impossibly Possible Duet and it is Gabriel’s story and omg what a great start to this duet but make sure that you have the tissues ready because you are definitely going to need them while reading this book. Gabriel has had his fair share of heartbreak as his high school girlfriend Leslie who he loved so much and looked forward to a future with died while on holiday which left a massive hole in his heart and he vowed never to love again as forever was nothing but a lie. Anneline hasn’t had a easy life since her parents divorce and her father has been married five times already and his latest wife is young enough to be his daughter and she was so toxic that Anneline never wants to be around her so when she gets the chance to stay somewhere else she is happy to go. When Anneline goes to spend sometime with her brother Cedric she was not expecting him to just leave her there and stay at his girlfriend’s place it leaves Anneline in the flat with his roommates and that is when Gabriel steps up to keep her company, entertained and look after her. The more time that Gabriel and Anneline spend together the stronger there friendship grows and eventually they start to fall in love and just when things start to move forward and they look forward to a future together until suddenly everything falls apart leaving Gabriel devastated, heartbroken and wondering why this keeps happening and then you get a cliffhanger ending which will take your breath away and leave you completely torn apart and desperately needing the next book. Wow this book certainly takes you on a rollercoaster ride of emotions that will have you in tears so many times with the un justice of life and everything that it throws at you when you least expect it. I read this book in one sitting because I just couldn’t put it down and had to keep turning the pages to see what would happen next and even though this book puts you through the wringer of emotions, pain, heartbreak unfairness of life it is definitely worth reading but just remember that this is not a standalone book. Claudia Burgoa is an incredible author and writer who certainly knows how to keep her readers on the edge of their seats and keep there attention throughout while reading her books and I definitely recommend you read this book and others by her and you will definitely not be disappointed.
