The world structure has crashed both financially and morally.  A Cartel has risen from the ashes to produce the one gross product available, children.

Torn from the arms of the birth parents, they are taught to only serve. Small bands of Insurgents pop up over the land to protect the children.  For someday they will rise up and fight guided by the divine High Command.
