It’s not cliché
This should be called the Little Book of Wisdom. Somehow you’d expect a book with this title to be full of platitudes and nonsense. It’s not! It’s full of beautifully expressed sentiment, metaphors, suggestions and facts that really do work. There’s a real care to it, and yes, a calming effect. I’ll keep it nearby and open it in those stressful moments. A real (little) gem.
