This is the little book of yoga. It is in the style of a cookbook, therefore you get pictures, "ingredients" (or benefits), and directions. The purpose of this book is to show that anybody and everybody can do yoga and see the benefits. I have modified the poses that need modifying and this book is perfect for someone just starting out with yoga.
I've been practicing yoga for some time now. However a lot, if not all, of the things I learned are new. It's great to know physical and physiological benefits of the different poses. 😊👍
