Julian Hawthorne (Jun 22, 1846 – Jul 21, 1934) was an American writer and journalist. Renown Nathaniel Hawthorn was Julian’s father. Julian worked in multitude of genres – detective, fiction, essay, poetry, novels and more. A as a journalist he worked for Cosmopolitan and New York Journal and wrote about Indian Famine and Spanish American War. Hawthorne wrote two books about his parents, called Nathaniel Hawthorne and His Wife and Hawthorne and His Circle.
