The Lost King
Publisher Description
England’s lost king is Edward V who inherited the crown from his father Edward 1V in 1483 at the age of twelve. A few weeks after his father’s death he disappeared along with his nine year old brother Richard, Duke of York. In the spring and summer of 1483 they were confined in the tower of London, and by the autumn, rumours were rife that they were dead, their resting place and fate is still unknown. This chapter in history has fascinated me since my teens and this is an attempt to summarise the events surrounding this enduring mystery.
