THE MASS IN CLOSE-UP

Changes to the text of the Catholic Mass in 2011 prompted the Parish Priest of Llandudno, Father Antony Jones, to publish a series of weekly leaflets explaining these changes to his congregation. Encouraged by the enthusiasm with which they were received, he decided to gather these pamphlets into book form so that others could share what his parishioners had so enjoyed. The result was The Mass in Close-Up, a book examining the Mass in its entirety, with every section explained in its historical, liturgical and spiritual dimensions. Key elements of the Creed, needed for a complete understanding of the Eucharist, are also carefully and simply expounded.
