pure wisdom
wish we were taught this in school...the book talks about the importance of loving and accepting yourself unconditionally first, which will then allow you to handle better the emotional struggles of yourself and those around you. i read it a few times, kept going back to chapters after leaving ideas sink in.
Best book I’ve ever read
I loved this book so much I bought the original book too. It helped me through a tough time would highly recommend it to anyone. It is easy to read and if you apply the teachings to your life you will see an overall improvement.
Hope in the night
I’d read some of the authors other books and even done a retreat with them when I had a big personal crisis. I really thought I was going crazy and meditating early in the morning helped and I could find some peace. But this book really helped me to see clearly - that the hour before sunrise has always been special, and how to handle the voice of knowledge and silence it.
