This is a remarkably engaging and thought provoking book. As a messenger I have gained so much and now understand the challenge ahead so clearly.
However the biggest thing that occurred to me is that anyone who imparts knowledge to others, teachers, managers, mentors, tutors, all can get so much value from Brendan's words. You may have to translate his thoughts and ideas into your world, and when you do the insights will come flooding in.
