I started this book thinking it would be a really sweet story.
I got about half way through and really struggled to keep reading.
So I went back and read the reviews on the book and a few said “stick with it” so I carried on reading till the very end. The only part that was good for me was the last chapter. There was far to many characters for me to follow and it felt like a good story filled with rubbish because otherwise the book would have been to short to publish. I’m glad I finished it so I don’t have to wonder if it ever got good but it was just very dull to me.
I struggled to get into this book to begin with; I couldn’t relate to characters nor the environment and it seemed a bit slow. Suddenly that changed and I couldn’t put the book down - so glad I continued. Lovely story!
