Not much substance
Typical of this kind of books; too much padding and not enough substance. The whole book could be summarised in 2 pages. Full of anecdotal references to American football, etc which for anyone not interested in football makes it a tedious read. Don't waste your money, just google the book and you'd find more info on the articles done around this subject.

A very insightful read. Thought provoking, inspiring and educational. This book give a valuable insight into and the background behind the power of the habits that drive us and how we can harness them to enable our habits to be a positive influence on our daily lives.
Highly recommended read for anyone that wants to understand the power of habit.
