This isn't a full novel
She's a decent writer and actually seems literate which is a rarity with free romance stories, however this story is disappointingly short. You only get 69 pages and not all of those are dedicated to the one you had hoped to read.
I believe she has used this download as an advert for her other writing.
Still, it's not a bad way to spend five minutes.
