Tiny but delicious portions
Like all Roasting Tin books, the recipes are as easy and delicious as advertised, but the portion sizes are absurdly small! If a recipe says it will feed four people, it will serve two people and leave them hungry. Perhaps these recipes might feed four small children, or one person and their three pet bearded dragons, but not four adults.
