Another great book by Nick Fox!
Having read HMO Property Success, another book written by Nick, I had high expectations for The Secrets of Buy to Let Success and was very impressed by how this book delivered. It is written clearly and concisely to provide intuitive and straight-forward examples that anyone can relate to. In the book, Nick does not use off-putting abbreviations or specialised "property investor" lingo that made me feel inadequately prepared. There are no empty promises on making lots of profit with no investment. Nick's book simply explains how property can make you financially independent and what you need to have in order to have the best chance to be successful. The Secrets of Buy to Let Success is a thorough guide on how to find and finance a property as well as how to be a successful landlord. It is a practical read with plenty of tips and watch-outs that are drawn from hands-on experience. Whether you already have a portfolio or are just thinking about investing in your future and are not sure what path to take, I highly recommend this book. It will help me make better, more informed decisions about my long-term plan.
