A great quick reference guide

Those of us used to wading through hundreds of pages to get to a business writer's point when all we're looking for is some quick, useful advice will find this series of three books a refreshing change. Mr Heredia appears to have a knack for putting across his learnings without tying the reader up in knots. If you manage sales people, or aspire to do so, you should add this series to your reading list.
