An original, entertaining time travel/romance
…which is well worth sticking with. Although I found the early section quite hard going as the passage of time wasn’t always clear, once the story gets underway it settles down to a clearer structure.
Fun and enjoyable
I’m not a fantasy fan and picked this up without really knowing what it was about usually preferring my time travel in The Time Travellers Wife style, but this is a fun story and characters. I could do without all the “rules” that explain why and how it works, but otherwise really enjoyed this, especially the lead character.
