Deep and historic
I found this book very heavy to begin with as it was covering topics which were unfamiliar, however, the essence of this book agrees with the Qur’anic story of the Crufixion of Prophet Jesus (pbuh) which is the ultimate reference point for all Muslims. It was interesting to see how the Gospel of Judas was completely ignored from the current canon of Biblical books and is regarded as heretic, however, wasn’t Jesus heretical in his time and therefore condemned to death by crucifixion? The point being, the author has an excellent ability to understand the texts of the Abrahamic faiths and has written a groundbreaking factual book that is likely to have a massive impact on the religous world both present and future. A must read.
