Publisher Description
She's the one night stand I never forgot.
And now her dad is about to marry my mom.
It has to be some kind of cosmic joke, right? For once, I feel like I’ve got my life together—good job, great friends, a fresh start in a new place. I’ve been on my best behavior for ages. At last, everything’s coming up Javier.
Until the moment I walk into my stepdad’s house and meet his daughter.
I should say: I meet her again. Madeline and I have already met. It was one night, two years ago. A quick, casual hookup that had no right to be as mind-blowing as it was. I haven’t stopped thinking about it–or her–ever since.
But our parents are getting married, so under no circumstances should we sleep together again.
Or… again. Or one more time after that, just to get it out of our systems.
Madeline’s funny, fiery, and so gorgeous with her pink hair and nerdy tattoos that I can barely look at her without breaking into a sweat. But she has too much going on to be interested in commitment, and God knows I’m a bad boyfriend candidate.
Once the wedding’s over, we’ll be normal stepsiblings who don’t have sex with each other, and Thanksgiving won’t be awkward at all.
Right?
The Three Night Stand is the third book in the Wildwood Society series, and can be read as a total standalone. It's for fans of high heat romantic comedies, and features a red-hot one night stand, surprise stepsiblings, family shenanigans, enough pining for a forest, found family, a quirky small town, and tons of spice. Of course, there's an HEA.
This series is for fans of Kate Canterbary, Meghan Quinn, and Cate C. Wells.

Great story with awesome spice. Must read!
Sometimes you’re 3 quarters into a book before you get any 🔥. No judgement if I’m that far into it I am loving it.
Other times you start a new read on your phone while on the treadmill at the gym and you’re straight into the 🔥🔥🔥 from page 1. At least the 30 min cardio flew by. 😅
All joking aside, I absolutely loved it and there is so much more to this book than just awesome spice. I enjoyed the depth of the story and the characters. Javier and Madeline’s in person interactions, when their families are present, were so adorably awkward it is impossible not to love them.
Javier is recovering from addiction, he still feels a little shaky in the new life he’s built for himself. He’s an ex marine and although I like military romance, one of my favorite things about this book is that this fact was only a tiny part of his personality and his story. His interactions with his parents (both good and bad) and siblings felt so real and genuine.
Madeline is so sweet and a bit quirky. I loved her relationship with her dad and it was cute how baffled she felt by the way Javi and his siblings interacted with each other.
Madeline’s dad and Javier’s mom are getting married which would make them (adult) step siblings. They try to stay away from each other, keep things casual but they still fall in love. They made such an adorable couple and I absolutely loved their story.
