Insightful and valuable
This is one of the best books I have read.
An honest and accountable insight into commitment phobia told from the lips of a player, now reformed.
It has helped me a great deal on a personal level in understanding why and how I became involved with a player. The knowledge and wisdom in here is also helping me to come to terms with the damage that this dysfunctional dynamic inevitably brings about.
