The War

My sister started the fight, but I will find a way to end the war.

The evil vampires will not win. I won’t let them.

I will find a way to take them down from the inside.

I can pretend to be like them and not lose myself.

I can spread their darkness without giving into evil.

I can even pretend to fall for their leader.

All is fair in love and war… if only my barely beating heart would not fail to remember this mantra.
