The Yuletide Killer

Elaine Woodburn is a realtor.  She has not sold a house in months and she is afraid of losing her job.

Her boss assigns her the opulent Wicke mansion to sell.

The house is almost two hundred years old and it is falling apart. The mansion has been empty and neglected for decades. 

Desperate to sell the property and keep her job, Elaine decides to hide the mansion's flaws with cheap building materials and decorations. 

After the renovations are complete, Elaine arranges an open house to show off the property on the night before Christmas Eve.

However, the Wicke mansion is not empty.  There is a ruthless killer hiding within its rooms. And he does not want the house to be sold.

On the night of the open house, a group of unsuspecting home buyers discover that they are being stalked a relentless killer.
