diogenethesinopian ,

very good book, but

the tales themselves, and the analysis, are really good. However, the cheesy quotes by American "motivational speakers" are out of place with hindu tales about wisdom. Tony Robbins? Zig Ziglar? Seriously? These people are obsessed with "success" and money, and more importantly, they became successful by SPEAKING to others about how to do it. How is that different from multi level marketing? These people are mostly made by phonies. The only people who could teach others were real philosophers, such as Plato, the Stoics, or Schopenhauer. Not frigging Tony Robbins
