Publisher Description
My love was thick.
Her faith was thin.
Somewhere in the middle is where life found us.
I claimed her when I was a boy.
I held her until I was a man.
She was my first thought every morning, my last smile at night, and a million memories in between.
Then one night, with her warmth still lingering on the sheets, Aly King walked away from me, from us, from our life.
They say time heals all wounds, but not for me.
Not when my heart is empty.
Not when there is nothing but a sea of meaningless faces wherever I go.
It always comes back to her.
Aly needs reminding of how drunk our love made us, before she forgets completely.
Before we lose our chance.
Before we are irrevocably broken.

Great Read
Thick & Thin is the third book in the Thin Love series. It can in theory be read as a stand alone book, however, I wouldn't recommend this and at a bare minimum I would recommend reading at least the second book, Thick Love, which is the start of Ransom & Ali's story.
I have very much been looking forward to this book since the epilogue of Thick Love and I wasn't disappointed at all. As I've come to expect from the previous books in this series, Thick & Thin was angst ridden from start to finish and while I didn't doubt the ending would be the one I hoped for, I read this book with a churning in my stomach.
Ransom & Ali's journey was fraught in heartbreak and a lack of communication but there was never a time their love was not undeniable and their chemistry seeped from the pages.
I for one enjoyed this book and have loved this series - a definite recommendation from me.
I was gifted a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
