Excellent

This was a brilliant read and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to be a great recruiter. Having been in recruitment for 10 years this reminded me that if you do the basics well and stick to proven recruitment process and you will succeed/outperform your competitors.

Not What I Expected

From what I can see, this book has done well and my opinion is in the minority. However, having paid for it, I’m entitled to an opinion.

I purchased Top Biller after hearing Steve on a podcast, but being honest, I’m very disappointed.

This book is “Recruitment For Dummies”. I felt like Steve was speaking to a Graduate Recruiter on their first week of training.

There is nothing wrong Steve’s advice. However, I bought this book and expected to finish it with fresh ideas, new strategies or even an insight into the mind of a “Top Biller”. Instead, I feel like I wasted money on a refresher course on Recruiting.
