Great for revision
THE SIMPLEST, MOST EFFECTIVE WAY TO ABSORB AND RETAIN THE ESSENTIALS OF TORT LAW FOR EXAMS
An appreciation by Phillip Taylor MBE and Elizabeth Taylor of Richmond Green Chambers
The “Key Facts Key Cases” series of books are first class exam crammers (if we are allowed to use this term!) and this edition of “Tort Law” written by the excellent Chris Turner is one of the best revision texts we have seen in recent years.
As with all the Routledge text books, this particular title is probably the most comprehensive on the market as an introduction to the way in which “Tort Law” operates in England and Wales for those new to this developing subject.
